Restore your lifetime unlock

Connect to the internet and use Restore Purchases in Settings or on the unlock screen. Use the Apple Account that originally bought the unlock. No separate app account is needed. Restoring purchases restores access, not deleted custom cards or play history.

Play offline

The 25 free questions and your saved local cards work offline. After your lifetime unlock has been confirmed on this device, the full library works offline too. First purchase, restore and purchase-status refresh need a connection.

Keep a copy of your cards

Use Export in My Cards and save the file somewhere you choose. Card exports include your questions, follow-ups and deck names; they do not include favorites or play history and are not a complete app backup. Deleting the app removes its local data. We do not operate an account or cloud-sync service for your writing.

If the app cannot save

Retry after checking available device storage. You can choose Play without saving to continue a temporary round; its progress and favorites will not be saved. If saved data cannot be opened, the app preserves the original store files and offers temporary play with custom editing unavailable. Try reopening the app and contact support before deleting it.

Purchases and refunds

The lifetime unlock is one payment, not a subscription. Apple handles payments and refund requests. Use Apple’s refund request page for a purchase refund. A confirmed refund ends paid access without deleting your saved writing.
