While We're Here is a conversation card game for iOS: you draw a question, talk about it together, and continue. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

What the app includes

The app ships with 100 original questions. Twenty-five of them are free to play. On the free tier you can also write up to three of your own cards; named decks are part of the paid unlock.

The one-time unlock

The full library is a single non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It unlocks all of the built-in questions, unlimited custom cards, named decks, and future additions to the built-in library.

The price shown in the App Store for your region is the price that applies. Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple's terms govern payment, billing, and refunds. Refunds are requested from Apple in the normal way; this app cannot issue them. Nothing in these terms limits refund or consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

Buying, restoring, and refreshing purchase status need an internet connection. After access is established on your device, the cards work offline.

If a purchase is confirmed as refunded or revoked, paid access ends. Cards you wrote, your decks, your favorites, and your history are not deleted when that happens.

Restoring a purchase

Restore Purchases restores access to the paid unlock on a device signed in to the Apple Account that bought it. It does not restore questions you deleted, and it is not a backup of your writing or your play history.

Your cards

Questions you write are yours. This app claims no ownership of them and does not upload them. They are stored on your device, so they can be lost if the app is deleted, the device is lost, or the device's storage fails. You can export your cards to a file to keep a copy; the app does not promise recovery of local content, and it does not operate a cloud backup.

You are responsible for what you write and for how you use the app with other people. Do not use it to harass anyone or to share content you have no right to share.

The built-in questions

The built-in questions and the app itself remain the property of the developer. You may use them within the app and read them aloud with the people you are playing with. Please do not republish the question library as your own product.

What the app is not

While We're Here is a conversation game. It is not counseling, therapy, medical advice, or spiritual direction, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Some questions invite honest conversation about faith, family, and difficult seasons. Answer only what you want to answer, and skip anything you would rather not discuss.

Availability and changes

Features and content may change as the app develops. The app is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
