By using Gulp, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
Hydration and wellness
Gulp is a habit and wellness tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional for health questions.
Screen Time features
- You are responsible for choosing which apps, categories, and web domains to gate.
- Gulp relies on Apple's Screen Time frameworks, Family Controls authorization, and device settings.
- Screen Time restrictions may depend on iOS behavior, authorization status, device state, and Apple framework availability.
Subscriptions
- Gulp may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple billing.
- Subscription pricing, billing period, trial terms if any, and renewal terms are shown in-app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings before renewal.
- Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management are handled by Apple.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Acceptable use
- You may not use Gulp in a way that violates applicable law or Apple platform rules.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the app or related services.
- You are responsible for using device restrictions safely and appropriately for your own circumstances.
Third-party services
Gulp uses Apple platform services including Screen Time frameworks, HealthKit, StoreKit, widgets, notifications, and iOS settings. We do not control Apple services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of those services.
Disclaimers
Gulp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that hydration reminders, widgets, app gates, unlock timing, or progress history will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randy Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Gulp.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of this page.
