By using Vault Runner, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
Gameplay
Vault Runner is an entertainment game. Game balance, rewards, relics, upgrades, ads, offers, pricing, and features may change over time.
Purchases and virtual items
- Vault Runner may offer in-app purchases through Apple billing.
- Purchase pricing and contents are shown in the app before purchase.
- Virtual currency, relics, skins, badges, boosts, and other digital items have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
- Refunds, billing disputes, and purchase management are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
- Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
Ads
- Vault Runner may show interstitial ads between completed runs.
- Rewarded ads are optional and may grant in-game bonuses only after a completed ad flow.
- Remove Ads disables interstitial ads between runs, but optional rewarded ads may remain available.
- Ad availability, fill, timing, and rewards may depend on network availability, device state, and ad provider behavior.
Acceptable use
- You may not use Vault Runner in a way that violates applicable law or Apple platform rules.
- You may not attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with, or bypass app systems, purchases, ads, rewards, or entitlement checks.
- You are responsible for your own device, account, network, and App Store settings.
Third-party services
Vault Runner may use Apple services, RevenueCat Purchases, Google Mobile Ads, and email providers for app functionality, purchases, ads, and support. We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Disclaimers
Vault Runner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app, ads, purchases, rewards, saves, or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randy Ventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vault Runner.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of this page.
