This Privacy Policy explains how Vault Runner handles information when you use the mobile game, website, ads, purchases, support, and related services operated by Randy Ventures.

Who we are

Information handled

  • Game progress such as coins, gems, XP, level, upgrades, relic collection, settings, and completed runs.
  • Purchase and entitlement status for in-app purchases such as Remove Ads, Founder's Edition, and Starter Pack.
  • Advertising delivery information handled by Google Mobile Ads, such as ad requests, impressions, and device or app signals needed to serve and measure ads.
  • Technical information that may be produced by iOS, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, or app diagnostics when services are initialized or errors occur.
  • Support information you choose to send by email, including your email address, message, device model, iOS version, screenshots, or other details you include.

How information is used

  • To save and restore game progress on your device.
  • To unlock purchases, restore purchases, and apply entitlements.
  • To show optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads between completed runs.
  • To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
  • To maintain app functionality, detect errors, and comply with App Store requirements.

Ads and purchases

Vault Runner uses RevenueCat Purchases for purchase entitlement management and Google Mobile Ads for ads. Apple processes App Store purchases and payment information. RevenueCat helps the app verify purchase status. Google may process ad-related information to serve, limit, and measure ads.

  • Rewarded ads are optional and grant in-game bonuses only after the user chooses to watch.
  • Remove Ads disables interstitial ads between runs. Optional rewarded ads may remain available.
  • The app is configured to avoid automatic RevenueCat device identifier collection unless attribution behavior is added later.
  • The app currently requests non-personalized ads in its ad calls.

Storage and sharing

Vault Runner is designed so core game progress can work locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information. Some information may be processed by Apple, RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, or email providers when you use purchases, ads, app services, or support.

Your choices

  • You can manage or cancel purchases through your Apple ID purchase settings.
  • You can restore purchases from inside the app.
  • You can choose whether to watch optional rewarded ads.
  • You can contact support to ask privacy questions or request help.
  • You can delete the app to remove locally stored game progress from your device, subject to iOS backup behavior.

Children

Vault Runner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the date at the top of this page.
