There’s a lot to be thankful for right now.
First, a big project at work is finally live. That always feels good. After putting time, energy, and a lot of thought into something, it’s satisfying to see it out in the world and actually running. Shipping matters.
My birthday is tomorrow, and I’ve been thinking a lot about how grateful I am just to be here.
Recently I was in an accident that could have gone a lot worse. My truck is totaled, but I came out okay and, more importantly, no one was hurt. Thank the Lord for that. Stuff like that has a way of resetting your perspective fast. A vehicle can be replaced. People can’t.
So heading into another year, I’m feeling a mix of gratitude, relief, and motivation.
On top of that, I’ve got a few more apps published now, which is exciting. I’m still in that stage of building, testing, learning, and hoping to scale sales over time. Nothing overnight. Just steady progress, better products, and more chances to figure out what sticks.
That’s really the theme right now: keep shipping, keep learning, stay grateful.
Work is moving.
Projects are getting out the door.
Life threw a reminder that every day is a gift.
And I’m walking into this birthday thankful for all of it.
